Subscriptions are not available on the left column #5219

Description of your issue:

I don't see Subscriptions tab in the left column. I have enabled Private-repo for Github in my Profile. I also see a a pop-up with red-background with following message :

Subscription integrations could not be loaded. Integration permissions will not be displayed.

I found the fix. After enabling Private repo, "Sync" needs to be done. It is working now.
