Summary + Deliverables

In this issue (https://github.com/ShiqiYang2022/template/issues/3) I run additional regression with subset years greater or equal to 1960. The main modification with respect to the code are included here. The main deliverable is in the Page 5 in paper_slides/output/paper.pdf.
