@ShiruiH it's look great with the notebooks to upload to Cloud Bucket and EE Asset. I added some comments here and there while testing and re-organised slightly the folder structure of the outputs and notebook names to be consistent.
A couple of things for todo list:
we need to make sure both options (1 and 2) use the same naming conventions for compatibility (from USGS Earth Explorer they come with a different name than from GEE, at least for S2)
in notebook 01, it currently doesn't offer compatibility with S2 tiles downloaded from Earth Explorer as they come as jp2 in a nested folder structure (not tif). We may need to put some if statements in there to load the files based on whether the user used option 1 or 2 to get the scene.
we need to add Landsat compatibility to notebook 03 and add json manifest template for Landsat in notebook 04
I think after those changes we can make it public and work on finalising the paper for JOSS
