HomeScreen Left Panel Profile Section Following are the issues in profile section

a. Currently Community,Careers,Content Count are hardcorded. b. Courses and Certifications should be replaced with Careers and Contents

Requirement: This Boxes should display the following: a. Count of communities which the User has joined. b. Count of Internship, Project and Jobs together should be shown in Careers c. Count of Contents uploaded by User (Blogs & Videos).
