We are currently facing the same issue; it hasn't been resolved.
1. The blogs are not being submitted to the moderator for approval.
2. The blogs are still being published from the student ID without approval from the community moderator, and the Blogs are duplicated in the Blogs Screen.
3. The content is not being populated inside the tagged community of the blog, either under the community feed or the Blog Screen.

After a student publishes a blog, the blog is currently appearing on all homepages across all personas without moderator approval.
Requirement:
Until a moderator approves any content published by a student, the blog should not be displayed on any persona's homepage.
