TD and TH should use abbr, not abbrev (antisamy.xml) #67

Looking at antisamy.xml, SVN revision 137:

TD and TH elements are defined to allow an "abbrev" attribute:
<attribute name="abbrev"/>

However, the name of the attribute is actually "abbr", not "abbrev".
