Medium Trust error - AllowPartiallyTrustedCallers #79

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Running the .net within a site using medium trust
2. In web.config, set <trust level="Medium" />

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Would like to be able to use in partial trust environment.  Right now get 
an exception at 
org.owasp.validator.html.scan.AntiSamyDOMScanner.scan(String html, String 
inputEncoding, String outputEncoding)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
IIS6 and 7

Please provide any additional information below.

.NET port is currently inactive. We're happy to take on maintainers!
