Setup Disease recommendation Page #5

A disease recommendation page has to be set up following the web page style, A search bar, a button, and a table with a select button to select the disease. The top 3 will be red (0,1,2) the rest (3,4,5) will be light blue and (6,7,8,9) will be light green.

After Selection, Auto book endpoint should be called
