Describe the bug

whene i Install Requirements an error happend (torchvision 0.14.1+cu116 requires torch==1.13.1, but you have torch 2.0.0 which is incompatible.) but i can't find where i can change it torch 2.0.0 to torch 1.13.1 when i add %pip install torch==1.13.1 the code dosent work i get this message : This behaviour is the source of the following dependency conflicts.
