Formatting Changes to Readme File #2

Edited and formatted the entire read me file to make it look decent enough and attractive for anyone to read the file. Also I don't think you require any Hardware testing part in the readme instead you can place your project block diagram, Project time Line (to-do list) and some software which you intent to use for this project.
