mm39 mouse gbuild #459

Hello,

Would it be possible to update the mouse genomes available in the sigminer and include mm39 as well?

@karolina16 Hi, I am busy right now, and is available in a month. For now, you can refer to https://github.com/ShixiangWang/sigminer/blob/master/data-raw/mouse_genome.R for supporting mm39
