This functionality has been merged into the development branch. Because I see a major GUI overhaul in the future, I've gone and implemented it into core features. This means it works out of the box, no plugins or config required.

I'm closing this issue for now, but feel free to re-open if something isn't quite right. It will be a while before this makes its way to master.
