USER STORY: Add a Product to Wish List

As a Shopper, I can save products to my wish list so that I can easily find them in future to purchase.

Acceptance Criteria:

• When the user is logged in, they can add a product to their wishlist.

• [x] Create a contexts.py to make the number of items in wishlist available for the navbar
