As a Shopper, I can view an order confirmation after checkout so that I know that my order was placed successfully and I can verify what I have purchased.

Acceptance Criteria:

When an order is placed, the order confirmation page is displayed confirming the order and items purchased.

Tasks:

[x] Create a view for checkout success
[x] Create HTML to render the view
[x] Add the view to urls.py
