The decision has been made not to implement a customer queries page as I feel it is easier for the business owner to manage queries with emails, rather than both emails and on the website (ie. managing queries in two different places), since the communication with the customers will be done with just emails. Queries posted on the site will be emailed to the business owner.
As a Business Owner/Staff, I can delete customer queries received from the customer queries page so that I can keep the database clean.
