As a Site User, I can see a message confirming my action so that I am notified when my action was successfully executed.

Acceptance Criteria:

Tasks:

[x] Set up Bootstrap toats to handle alert messages
[x] Create HTML templates for success, error, info and warning
[x] Add custom messages to shopping bag views
[x] For success messages for bag views, add bag details with a checkout button for ease of checkout
