USER STORY: Customer Queries (User)

As a Site User, I can submit a query via the website so that I can easily ask questions to the business..

Acceptance Criteria:

• Contact form is available within the site where users can submit their queries.

Tasks:

• [x] Create a contact app
• [x] Create a view
• [x] Add to urls.py to render the view
• [x] Create an HTML page
