Update to new UI #3

Google has since updated their UI to a 2 column layout.

Implement:

  1. Use grid with 2 columns for [ "Sign in" / Input box ]
  2. Change page background-color to #f1f4f9
  3. Possibly implement Email prompt first then asks for password.
  4. Keep Mobile layout
