content that will be jumped.
policy and monitoring for what is accessed
what a jump service sees ( ie - people might ask if their IP can be tracked)

The elephant in the room here regarding content: what is being listed and therefore endorsed by a jump service, and for an end user, understanding how a jump service works. Since it is part of connecting a person to content and interacts with making choices to add something to an address book, there seems to be a blind-trust element here about that relationship. Also, does the service provide any verification of trust using registers, etc.
