Android app: Main menu item only for logging. #70

In the settings menu there is a main menu in which you can only set the log level (ERROR, WARN, ...). For once, perhaps a single menu is exaggerated. Furthermore, an average user needs this setting rather little. Normally you set it when you want to debug or at the instruction of the app developers.
