I2P Developer's MTN Keys

should this page be archived or updated to Git keys?

What we do is GPG signed git checkins, so what we probably should replace this with is developer GPG key fingerprints, and archive the existing MTN stuff. We may have all all the keys we need to prototype the page already, but we should reach out to the owners of each key before it goes live.
