JMM server profile selection #3

In MyAnime3 allow the user to set up multiple profiles for the location of the JMM server. The user should then be able to swutch JMM Server on the fly from within the plugin.

I have delayed this to look at later

There were complications around mapping of import folders per server profile

This doesn't seem feasible given the free time @maxpiva and @RickDB have.
