NZB support #9

I can see you have torrent support (although is it only from the myanime plugin?) would it be possible to add NZB support. As well as adding both torrent and NZB config to the server or desktop apps?

If it helps I use the following software: sabNZBd: http://sabnzbd.org/ Sick-Beard: http://sickbeard.com/ Sick-Beard (anime branch): https://github.com/lad1337/Sick-Beard

The reason I use them is because I A) get throttled from torrents B) get emails from my ISP when I use torrents C) get horrible speeds from torrents (NZBs get 1.6megabytes a sec all the time) D) simpler to automate with the software mentioned earlier. I do like automation :)

Reported by tom.fieldhouse, Apr 21, 2012 Add the ability to send anime titles to sickbeard MyAnime from calendar and/or bookmarks. MyAnime branch: http://www.sickbeard.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=1452 Main sickbeard page: www.sickbeard.com Sickbeard API: www.sickbeard.com/api Ideally, you'd be able to either pre-select or choose show configuration when sending a new anime to SB but I'll take whatever I can get. :)

In response to my my other request #87 this request is similar but im not asking for nzb (but it would be nice to be able to use fanzub.com) nor am i requesting that you make a link between SB and JMM or Nzdrone and JMM. Its for JMM to have a similar system to those 2 softwares.

the % of users using Torrents over NZB is huge tho (i think, atleast NOONE is using NZB over here at all)

i think support for ShanaProject and better calendar management would be better IMO. then again i never had issues with Torrents XD

saitoh183 commented 10 years ago

Well my initial request isnt for nzb support

I still use nzbs, however I can see that this is a lower priority for the majority of people.
