and can you add some markdown at the start to say that response time for issues is a lot shorter on discord if they ask in our server, with a link to a our server, and we'll be happy to help with smaller setup issues over there, and that this template is only for bug reports, not setup issues, so if thsy think it's the former then they really ahould be asking on discord instead? (Though not worded exactly as i wrote it since i haven't proof-read a word I've written right now.)
