Intergration fails to initalize #101

Hello Sholofly, I have a constant return issue I can't pinpoint. Maybe you can help me to find a lasting solution. I'm using the LG horizon intergration for a long time now. When working it's running flawless. The returning problem I have is that after an major update of HA or an update of this intergration, I have a hardtime to get it running again. The intergration is getting a message that it fails to Initiaze. Mostly I can get it to run again after rebooting the Ziggo settop box and complete coldboot HA. At some moment (Sometime after a long time) the intergration is running again. Unfortunately there is not a certain sequence. It just runs at some moment after rebooting several time. The problem after the last updates, I can't get it to inintialize anymore. Even if I reload a HA backup from a working situation, still the LG Horizon intergration keeps failing. Since I don't understand why this is happening I can't solve it. Can you help me to find the cause so I know how to get it running again ???

Same here. Started happening during a restart last Tuesday morning. Running 2024.1.6. It is NOT related to 2024.2.0.

Ok, it looks like that, But there is nothing changed in the settings, Why is this becoming a problem on restart or updates.

(not always)

Network connection is OK Also to my Ziggo box. Is there a way to check this or have the integration forge to login.

I have tried to reinstall the integration but when I have to enter the credentials there is an unexpected error (point in the same direction) So why does only this integration not login into the Ziggo account.

Is there no way to run without a cloudservice ??

What does this mean. Looks like a login issue but nothing is changed there??

I Now have try everything I can think of, but unfortunatly this intergration now permanently died for me.

No idea what I can do to make this work again.

Anybody an Idea ??

I have the same problem, I removed LGHorizon from integrations and then try to reinstall it.

`running long on the login and ends with "Unknown error occurred". so I can't reinstall the integration.

It shows HTTP ERROR 401 Unauthorized URI: /public/v1/mqtt/token Status: 401 Message: Unauthorized Servlet: jersey

UPDATE: Version 2-24.2.1 gives the same result. Re-download 0.5.8 gives same result

I'm not sure if this is related, but I work for VodafoneZiggo, and over the past few days, we've had customers complaining about encountering login timeout errors when trying to access MijnZiggo or the Webmail service. Since your MijnZiggo account also serves as the login for the lghorizon plugin, this issue could be connected.

Also the same problem, what I notice now is that I have to log in to my Ziggo with a two-step verification. I haven't logged in to Ziggo for a long time now, but as far as I know I have never used two-step verification before. Could this be causing the login problem?

Edit: sorry for Ziggo Go no two-step verification is needed.
