Fix RidingStag, Silver5, and Stinky #78

Before this PR:

Multiple RidingStag splits both split at once on only one stag trip.
Silver5 split too early if you left an Aspid for last.
Stinky split too early if you talked to him instead of leaving the room and re-entering.

Testing:

[x] Multiple RidingStag splits in a row, the 2nd one should only split on the 2nd trip.
[x] Silver5 only splits when all the wave 5 enemies are killed, Aspids included.
[x] Stinky should not split when you talk to him.
[x] Stinky should split when you leave, re-enter, and see the statue after talking to him.
[x] Stinky should split when you leave, re-enter, and see the statue without having to talk to him.
