Logo/icon looks really bad #1772

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download Sequel Pro
2. Look at logo (pancake logo)

What is the expected output? A nice logo
What do you see instead? A not so nice looking logo

What version of Sequel Pro are you using? 1.0.2
What version of OS X are you using? 10.8.4

Please provide any additional information below.

Your previous logo was much better, this makes your excellent software look 
amateurish.

Hi Issam,

I'm afraid that we really like the new icon, and the majority reaction to it 
has also been very positive, so we're going to keep it even if it makes us look 
amateurish to some!

What you can do is change the icon on your Macs if you want to; the safest way 
is just to change it via the Finder:
1) If you don't have an old copy of the app to hand, download 0.9.9.1 from the 
Release Archive page ( http://www.sequelpro.com/release-archive )
2) In the Finder, "Get Info" on that app
3) Click on the icon in the Get Info window, and Edit menu > Copy
4) In the Finder, "Get Info" on the new version
5) Click on the icon in the Get Info window, and Edit menu > Paste

Every time we release an update, the icon will change back, so you may want to 
keep the old one around somewhere!

Sorry if it came out that I was bashing Sequel Pro. Really really love it and 
just like the previous logo more. Thank you for your directions. That's really 
great support.

Pancakes Icon is the best! -- it also gets me hungry... I've been calling 
Sequel Pro pancakes since the switch :P
