[REQ] Allow for groups of tables to show in left window #1800

I work on projects with hundreds of tables.  Being able to filter the tables 
shown on some text that I enter is very handy, but often, this won't work to 
just show me the tables I'm currently interested in because their names don't 
share any common text.  Could there be some kind of way to create "groups" of 
tables, and then choose which group to show in the left window?  Or even 
simpler, just a way to flag a table, then show only the flagged tables?  
Anything that could help manage the complexity of working with so many tables 
would be helpful.
