shared hosting with extremely slow access to list of databases #1824

I have some customers who use shared hosting. Always when connecting, it takes 
several minutes to get the list of databases, but after that, nothing is slow.
Therefore I propose that when entering the database name in the field, it 
should either not check for which databases are available or it should do so 
asynchronously, so I can keep working while it fetches the databases.
