Learned from Michael that we can have a set of more stable scene configurations for easier manuveuring. The techniques involve having a background image the covers the whole screen with a region of solid colors to "screen" other layers.

Scenes

banner (audio or not?)
opening chat
host + present
speaker in the room
remote speaker
host + speaker (e.g., for QA)
