BootBoot calls method removed in Bundler 2.3.12 #40

Method to_gem_version_with_patchlevelwas removed and deployed on 20 Apr 2022.

This appears now to be a breaking change affecting bootboot users.

I'm sorry for creating this issue, will try to be more careful in the future. I proposed a fix at #41.
