What are you trying to accomplish?

Update:

Plugins:

android gradle plugin version (and gradle version)
kotlin android plugin
kotlin serialization plugin

Config:

compileSdk
how BuildConfig is enabled and custom build config fields are set, setting it in gradle.properties is deprecated

Dependencies

robolectric bump

Do we need to update the requirements list in the readme?

I think we're still good with the current ones (JDK 11, Android SDK 23+, no checkout liquid)
