3D Models can't be rotated #1758

Describe the current behavior 3D models become unresponsive and can't be rotated.

Steps to reproduce:

3D models always can be rotated

Version information (Dawn, browsers and operating systems)

@mikkoh Do you have an idea why this is happening?

I just checked for some reason the <model-viewer> elements has pointer-events: none added to it.

So theme has some sort of logic that prevents interactions and it breaks when you go back to the model for the second time.
