Customer Addresses #2296

On the address page of the user's account, they could not "add new address" ,"change new address", "edit address" or "delete address". it seems like the buttons does not work and I couldn't find where the coding is.

Describe the expected behavior

Customers are able to edit, add or delete their address themselves

Version information (Dawn, browsers and operating systems)

I have the same issue. I am using Dawn as a base, but I have not touched the customer pages at all. Just added some new sections.
