Featured blog section hides mobile slider UI #2462

In the featured blog section, the mobile slider UI can be unintentionally hidden under certain circumstances. Can reliably reproduce when "number of posts to show" is 3 and a blog only has 2 posts.

Version information (Dawn, browsers and operating systems)

Dawn 9.0 (current) back to at least 7.0 but probably further.

Possible solution

The conditional logic used to hide or show the slider buttons likely just needs to be improved.
