[Header logo] Flickering and not coming up properly on Android #2768

Describe the current behavior

Logo is displaying oddly when scrolling down on an Android mobile device

Describe the expected behavior

No odd behaviour should be happening

Version information (Dawn, browsers and operating systems)

Possible solution

Issue can't be replicated on browserstack. Needs an Android phone. The issue was also replicated on v9 of Sense so it wasn't introduced in the latest release.
