Product quantity Issue

Bug:- 1— the quantity input on product detail page accepts any number of quantity even the product is out of stock or a maximum available quantity is already added in a shopper’s cart.

Solution

1— the quantity input on the Dawn theme’s product detail page only accepts a maximum number equal to the remaining stock, including variants added to a shopper’s cart.

2—After adding a product to the cart, the quantity input will revert back to 1 if there is any remaining stock; the quantity input will be disabled and greyed out along with the add to cart button if there is no remaining stock

It will redirect to the Inventory Issues Page to alert buyers about the change:

Suggestion:

• Pull the updated cart for the aside cart on the right instead of the initial quantity.
