When the hamburger menu is triggered (when the iOS Safari bottom navigation bar is gone), the body is able to be scrolled behind, and thus the sticky header can hide while the menu is still active.

The body should not be scrollable when the menu is active so it won't trigger hiding/showing the sticky header.
