ejson 1.3.3. built with "version tag" of 1.3.2 #109

The latest 1.3.3 release still has the 1.3.2 version in the ejson --version output

Hello @burke , if you do a version bump, you need to change the version in 2 places: VERSION file and cmd/ejson/version.go

Otherwise the -v will keep returning 1.3.2 as version forever. I'd appreciate it, if you change that and rebuild it.
