Things changed:

Golang from 1.14 -> 1.16
Ruby from 2.5 -> 2,7
Removed rake
Updated logrus from 1.4.1 -> 1.8.1 in the hopes that it resolve some race condition (it didn't really..)
Re-added a way to stream logs out to stdout live instead of having it captured and only played on test failures, for debugging hanging tests.
