Emailing Diffs #23

To be able to completely replace RANCID with Oxidized, we'll want to add the auto-notification feature (i.e. emailing diffs).

Initially it would just be fine to have it email a single address that we can manage via Gmail, but it should have a better subscription-based delivery option.

For example, I might want to receive all changes, or I may just want to see everything except the firewalls. Someone else might only want to see the changes being made to the firewalls (think Sec-Ops), or someone. Therefore a change is detected in ash-mx80-01 of group router, type juniper. A lookup is done to see that email should be sent multiple people -- people subscribed to "group router", "all-devices" and "ash-mx80-01 subscription", or even ".mx80." regexp.

this only gets part of the way..but as an interim, I think we could just have people watch the config-stash repo on github. that should email you on changes to configs, right?

it would not do grouping though.
