Ruby LSP extension conflict with Better Comments extension when Ruby LSP enable color on comment not show if Ruby LSP extension disabled color comment working.

Thank you for the report. This may be a conflict between the grammar files. If follow these steps, what tokens do you see for the todo comments?

Open the command palette (CTRL/CMD + SHIFT + P)
Inspect editor tokens and scopes
Click on top of the todo comment
