Link to `dev` article goes to an unrelated site. #91

At best-practices.md:38 the original URL https://devproductivity.io/dev-shopifys-all-purpose-development-tool/index.html now redirects to something that is unrelated and does not talk about the dev tool. I found it in the wayback machine at https://web.archive.org/web/20210314190618/https://devproductivity.io/dev-shopifys-all-purpose-development-tool/index.html.
