https://github.com/Shopify/shipit-engine/pull/1187 should probably be merged while releases are being cut :)

I'll close this then. I actually realized it would have been probably better to toggle the --quiet switch with an option. YOLO shipping logging changes for all consumer of the gem was probably not a great idea. I'll later rework things to put the --quiet switch behind an option (or ENV var?).
