The Fullscreen action seems to be missing from 4.x for some bizarre reason (along with several other crucial actions like Modal)

We used Fullscreen API to a great success in our Pick List app. The new max modal is not really fullscreen and hampers our pickers productivity.

Please bring the true Fullscreen API back, please...
