Add discount selection in resource picker

Describe the feature you’d like

• It would be awesome if the Shopify app bridge resource picker could open up a modal with a discount selection (similar to the product and collection selector).
• This would open up a huge feature for apps to use Shopify discount code easily

Additional context

• Most apps that use discount codes from Shopify seem to clone the discount code on their system to do this
• Just by adding this ability in app bridge resource picker it would make sure those discount codes are always in the Shopify system and are always correct.
