Customer visibility tools like Fullstory and MS clarity to improve the customer experience do not work with the max modal, meaning a worse merchant experience. We'd like some similar functionality that works in the max modal.
If this isn't possible since the modal runs in the parent Shopify frame, then a limited Shopify-provided alternative would be fine.

Various tools/implementations, none work.

Any level of visibility would help here, even if from Shopify. We just want to be able to understand how to improve the experience for our merchants.
