Update STATIC_PATH path in index.js #1251

In production, STATIC_PATH should be 'web/frontend/dist'

Hi @roman-gavrilov

Thank you for your contribution. The static path is using the dist folder after running yarn build in this template and it's web/frontend/dist. You can change it in your app after using the Shopify CLI to create your own version using template. Therefore, I'll close this PR as not applicable.
