WHY are these changes introduced?

Related to https://github.com/Shopify/internal-cli-foundations/issues/311

We are adding support to workspaces from the CLI (https://github.com/Shopify/cli/pull/1778), and yarn ignores workspaces without a version.

WHAT is this pull request doing?

Adds version 1.0.0 to package.json, as other templates.
