npm run dev forcing to create new partner account #479

Issue summary

While I run npm run dev this message is showing.

A Shopify Partners organization is needed to proceed. 👉 Press any key to create one

After creating it gives the same result after running npm run dev. problem

Expected behavior

If should create an HTTPS link to see the app result.

Actual behavior

What actually happens?

Now giving the creating new partner problem
